Hafiz AI is licensed to You (End-User) by Mehmet Şafak Irmak, located in Kırklareli, Turkey ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.

By downloading the application from Apple's App Store, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

💳 Subscriptions & Credits

Hafiz AI offers the following purchase options:

• Free Tier: Limited daily credits for chat and image generation
• Premium Subscription: Unlimited chat, monthly image generation quota
• Credit Packs: One-time purchase for additional image generation credits

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

📋 Scope of License

• This license is non-transferable and limited to iOS devices you own or control
• You may not distribute, sell, or share the application
• Reverse engineering or modification is prohibited
• Licensor reserves the right to modify license terms

🛠️ Maintenance & Support

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. For any issues:

• Contact us via email for technical support
• Updates are delivered through the App Store
• We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours
